Our service begins with an obligation free consultation which allows us to develop a better understanding of your business and export marketing strategies. From this understanding we will be able to discuss your eligibility for the EMDG scheme and to offer tailored advice and guidance that is specific to your industry and business.

Our experience across a wide range of industries and active membership of industry organisations such as the Export Council of Australia, Australian Institute of Export, Tropical Tourism North Queensland and Troplinks ensures that we have a good understanding of the export environment your business operates in. This will result in your business having the opportunity to utilise and maximise the EMDG scheme so that all legitimate marketing expenses are able to be claimed and none are missed.

We will advise not only the specific claimable EMDG expenses but also the required supporting documentation required for the application process. The advice will not only make for a smoother application and review process but reduce considerably the time and effort required of you and your staff in the preparation of your EMDG application.

As Export Grant Professionals has been approved by Austrade for extended lodgement we are able to lodge your application between 1st of July 2019 and February 28 2020. Self lodged applications and those lodged by consultants not approved for extended lodgement must be lodged by November 30 2019.

Once the application is lodged with Austrade Export Grant Professionals becomes the first point of contact for Austrade in the review/audit of the application. Austrade may choose to do a desk review / audit of the application which involves discussion of the application between Austrade and our office and the provision to Austrade of any requested supporting documentation.

Another option in the review / audit process is that Austrade may choose to visit your office to meet with you. We would contact you to organise a time to meet which is convenient for both you and Austrade. We would attend this meeting to help clarify and explain any queries that Austrade may have.

In both processes a well prepared and documented application ensures for a smoother, quicker review and payment of the grant.

Our fee is based on a successful application. No fee is payable until the grant is paid to the client.

Research & Development Tax Incentive Clients

This understanding of your business then allows us to discuss your eligibility for the R & D Tax Incentive and to offer tailored advice and guidance that is specific to your industry and business.

This advice and guidance ensures that a well documented and supported R & D Tax Incentive application is able to be prepared. This ensures that the application maximises the clients entitlement.

If during the process of reviewing your R & D Tax Incentive application Ausindustry should decide to visit your office to discuss the application we will attend the meeting to assist in clarifying any queries which may arise.
